Every BLUSAIGON piece is made and shipped from our workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.

| Gift packaging | Every order ships in a BLUSAIGON gift box. A handwritten card is free; add your message in the order note. |
How your order travels
- Order confirmed – you receive an email confirmation as soon as payment is complete.
- Crafted & checked – your piece is engraved (if requested), inspected and gift-wrapped.
- Dispatched – you receive a shipping email with your DHL tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
- On its way – we monitor every shipment until it is delivered and will contact you if the carrier reports any delay.
- Delivered – a signature may be required. Please check the parcel on arrival.
Duties and taxes
Orders are shipped from Vietnam. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country and may be collected by DHL on delivery. For the United States, imports from Vietnam are subject to US tariffs. If you would like an estimate before ordering, email us and we will reply within one business day.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. For any other destination, email us and we will arrange delivery.
Damaged, delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace the piece or refund you in full.
Corporate and multi-address orders
Corporate orders can be split-shipped to individual recipients in several countries. Email us for a consolidated quote.
