If any content of the Terms and Conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected.
These Terms and Conditions and any issues arising in the contractual relationship between Blusaigon.vn and the Customers will be understood and adjusted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute, claim arising out of/or related to the content of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days. After the 30-day time limit cannot be resolved, the above disputes and complaints may be resolved at a competent court agency.
