DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

Every BLUSAIGON piece is made and shipped from our workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Carrier: DHL Express, fully tracked, door to door.
Preparation: 1–2 business days. Engraving is done in our workshop the same day your order is confirmed.
Transit: 3–6 business days to most destinations after dispatch.
Shipping cost: complimentary on orders from US$100. Below US$100, a flat rate from about US$18 (Asia) to US$25 (US, Europe, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, Middle East) is shown at checkout before you pay.
Notifications: you receive an order confirmation email after payment and a shipping email with your tracking number when your parcel leaves our workshop.
Duties and taxes: orders ship from Vietnam. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country and may be collected by DHL on delivery.
Damaged, delayed or lost parcels: if your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the piece or refund you in full.
Where we ship: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, much of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. For other destinations, email us.
